03. Eligibility
Access to NEURO-29™ is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By purchasing or using this system, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
04. Intellectual Property
All content included in the NEURO-29™ protocol, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of NEURO-29™ and is protected by international copyright laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Strict Prohibition: You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share your access credentials with any third party. Violation will result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal action.
05. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the effectiveness of the NEURO-29™ protocol. However, because this is a digital product where knowledge cannot be "unlearned," our refund policy is strictly action-based.
To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must have accessed and completed 100% of the training modules and lessons.
- You must have consistently practiced and applied the protocol for at least 14 consecutive days.
- Your refund request must be submitted between day 15 and day 30 of your initial purchase.
Termination of Access: Upon approval of a refund, your account and all login credentials to the NEURO-29™ platform will be permanently deactivated.
06. Lifetime Access Definition
The term "Lifetime Access" refers to the commercial life of the NEURO-29™ product. It does not refer to the lifetime of the user or the infinite existence of the company. Access is granted for as long as NEURO-29™ is commercially available, maintained, and supported as a standalone service.
The company reserves the right to transition the product to new platforms or versions. In the event of planned discontinuation, the company will endeavor to provide users with a reasonable notice period and, if technically feasible, an alternative method to access the purchased educational material for personal use.
07. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NEURO-29™ or its owners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on NEURO-29™, even if NEURO-29™ has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
